Here's what you need to know:
- Tigard Service Request is designed to streamline the way residents interact with city services.
- Community members are empowered to take an active role in their community by reporting issues and requesting services directly.
- Easily report issues like potholes, broken streetlights, or maintenance needs with just a few clicks.
- Receive notifications about the status of your requests, including Tigard team member responses to requests and when they’re resolved.
- Requests are not monitored on a 24/7 basis and will be addressed during business hours.
Tigard Service Request represents our commitment to enhancing communication and service delivery between the city and its community members by modernizing city services.
Here's what you need to complete a request:
- A phone number and email are required to submit a request. This is to ensure we can communicate and follow up with the requestor.
- The location of the issue you are reporting. An exact address is required in most cases. If you do not know the exact address, then you can use common place names such as "Summerlake Park" or you can use intersections such as "SW Burnham Street and SW Ash Avenue." Use the box labeled ‘Location description’ for additional relevant details about the location.
- Setting up an account is not required however it is recommended so community members can more easily track their requests.
