KINGSTON TERRACE WATER SYSTEM PLAN ADDENDUM

 

Proposal: The City of Tigard proposes to amend the Tigard Water System Plan, an ancillary document to the Tigard Comprehensive Plan, in order to incorporate the area of Kingston Terrace in King City. The City of Tigard is King City’s water provider.

The proposed addendum to the Water System Plan is included in Attachment 1 and summarized below in Section III of this report.

Approval Criteria: Statewide Planning Goals 1 (Citizen Involvement), 2 (Land Use Planning), 10 (Housing), 11 (Public Facilities and Services); Metro Urban Growth Management Functional Plan Title 8; Tigard Comprehensive Plan Policies 1.1.2, 2.1.1, 2.1.2, 2.1.3, 11.2.2, 11.2.8; and Tigard Community Development Code Chapters (TDCD): 18.710 and 18.790..
