DESCRIPTION:<h3>See you Friday, October 31, in Downtown Tigard, from 3:30–6:00 PM</h3><p><strong>Come on down to Downtown Tigard for a Spooktacular good time!&nbsp; Bring the whole family.</strong></p><ul>    <li>The first hour, from 3:30–4:30 PM, is dedicated to young children and neurodivergent children, so they can enjoy trick-or-treating in a quieter and more relaxed setting.</li>    <li>From 4:30–6 PM, all kids and families are invited to trick or treat at participating businesses along Main Street. Be sure to wear your costume and come ready for some fun!</li></ul><p><strong>Main Street will be closed to traffic from 3:00 to 6:00 PM</strong>, from Maplewood Apartments to Oregon Rifle Works, to help everyone stay safe.
